Jetsetting LLC charges a Trip Design Service cost for professional, expert travel planning services. This covers the costs for our time in consultation, research, pricing, and support before, during, and after travel. Our initial 15-minute is complimentary for you.
Trip Design Service costs start at:
Mexico and the Caribbean - $150 per household
US (limited destinations) - $250
Europe, Asia, Africa, and South America - $250
Groups of 6 or more - starting at $500
Destination Weddings - starting at $500
Once the initial Trip Design Service cost is paid in full, Jetsetting LLC starts planning your trip. This cost is non-refundable and separate from the cost of your trip.
You’ll have 30 days to deposit on a booking from the date the first proposal is delivered. Bookings made after the 30-day mark incur payment of another Trip Design Service.
Jetsetting, LLC implements the following cancellation fees per person:
$50 up to 30 days after the initial deposit payment date
$75 between 31 and 60 days after the initial deposit payment date
$100 between 61 and 90 days after the initial deposit payment date
$150 from 91 days or more after the initial deposit payment date
Jetsetting, LLC requires payment of the above cancellation fee prior to submitting a separate cancellation request to the travel supplier.
Each paying adult who wishes to cancel must submit a separate cancellation request on the payment page. Cancellation fees by all parties on the same reservation must be received before a cancellation request is submitted to the supplier.
An invoice is emailed to each party for payment and the travel suppliers may charge a separate cancellation fee.
Cancellation fees charged by Jetsetting, LLC may or may not be covered by travel protection plans.
Jetsetting, LLC is not responsible for any cancellation fees charged by the travel supplier. Any refunds due to you are processed by the travel supplier for payments processed directly through them and/or your elected travel protection based on the terms and conditions.
All payments processed directly through Jetsetting, LLC are non-refundable and should be included under your travel protection plan to receive refunds per their terms and conditions.
